Admissions Process

Take the step to join the Our Lady of Grace School family and give your child the gift of a quality, Catholic education! You can apply to register your child by following the four easy steps:
Step 1: Schedule your personal tour. 
Contact Ms. Christina Cartagena, Principal, to gain information about OLG and schedule a tour! 

Tours can be in-person, over Zoom or FaceTime.  We can also send you pictures of the classrooms and school.
Step 2: Meet and greet!
On the date of your tour, you will have the opportunity to tour our school, visit your child's future classroom. Following the tour you will meet with the school principal, Ms. Cartagena, to ask questions and receive registration documents. 
Step 3: Submit required documents and application fees. 
You must submit the following documents for review:
  • Original copy of the child's birth certificate 
  • Sacramental certificates (if applicable)
  • Child's most recent report card and standardized test scores (if a transfer student)
  • Medical/ Immunization Records
  • $50 registration fee per child for all new families. This can be paid in cash or by check made payable to Our Lady of Grace School.

New families will receive a phone call or e-mail informing you if your application has been accepted and next steps to complete registration!
