New families, just submit the registration card and a $50 registration fee (per student), and we'll save a spot for your child.

What you need to bring with your registration forms:

• Original Birth Certificate
• Social Security Number
• Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
• Report card from previous school
• Standardized test information from previous school
• Immunization and Medical/Physical examination - Due 1st day of school
• Dental Screening Form (Kindergarten, 2nd Grade & 6th Grade)
• Vision Exam (Kindergarten)
